My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. Despite the convenient location that made it easy access to my job and being close to family, the room smelled like an ashtray, was tiny, and had an unpleasant odor. The service was lacking as well, with staff being unfriendly and distracted. However, the dining options were decent, and the staff tried to be helpful. The facilities were average, nothing exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was quite a disappointment overall. The rooms had a strong ashtray smell, giving the impression that every room was designated as a smoking room despite our preferences. The room we initially received was tiny and had an unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, I had to deal with lice infestation during my stay. The only relief I found was when I finally left the property.

I had an overall bad experience with this hotel. The rooms were infested with roaches, not clean upon check-in, and had an unpleasant smell. The only positive thing was leaving the property.
